The Quantum Resistant Ledger (QRL) project is designed to be fully post-quantum secure using PQ-CRYPTO recommended/IETF standard cryptography.
The QRL utilises a hash-based one-time eXtended Merkle Signature Scheme (XMSS) instead of ECDSA found in other blockchains like Bitcoin and Ethereum which is regarded as not being Quantum Resistant.
